This beginner-friendly strength training class is designed to help you build a solid foundation in resistance training, improve muscle tone, and boost overall strength. Whether you’re new to lifting or looking to refine your form, this class covers fundamental movement patterns, proper technique, and safe progression strategies.

Cancellation Policy

No refunds after sessions are purchased. Must be booked within 30 days of purchase. Must give 2 hour notice to cancel or rebook otherwise the session will be counted. Must have a valid training program to book sessions.
