I voluntarily choose to participate in fitness activities and/or use the facilities and equipment provided by Fuel & Flourish. I understand that physical activity may involve risks, including (but not limited to) muscle strain, injury, or, in rare cases, serious health events.

    2.    Assumption of Risk

I acknowledge that I am fully responsible for my own health and safety and assume all risks associated with participation. I confirm that I am physically able to take part or have consulted a medical professional.

    3.    Release of Liability

I release, waive, and discharge Fuel & Flourish, its owners, employees, trainers, and contractors from any and all liability, claims, or causes of action for injuries or damages arising from my participation or use of the facility.

    4.    Use of Equipment & Space

I agree to use equipment properly and respect gym policies. I acknowledge that misuse may increase the risk of injury.

    5.    Membership Terms

I understand that this is a pre-launch Founding Membership that grants me access upon official opening. This membership is refundable until the official opening of Fuel & Flourish - unless otherwise stated by the owner.
